MACD (Momentum Crossover)
25%Tracks momentum via fast vs slow moving average crossover. The most heavily weighted indicator for short-term direction.
EMA 9/21 Crossover
20%Compares fast (9-day) vs slow (21-day) exponential moving averages. EMA 9 above EMA 21 confirms uptrend.
Bollinger Bands
15%Creates a volatility channel around price. Near the lower band = statistically cheap. Near the upper band = likely overbought.
Volume Momentum
20%Compares recent 5-day volume vs 20-day average. High volume in an uptrend signals institutional buying.
